All shipping charges are based on the total estimated weight, which will be added at checkout. We ship all products via USPS with tracking information and insurance. An address with a
P.O. Box will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service as well.
Orders are normally shipped usually within 1 to 2 days after payment is received -- however, please allow up to 3 weeks for continental U.S. delivery. The First World Books, (dba) ABN Global Enterprises Inc. makes a limited number of products available that come from third-party suppliers. In most cases, the product will normally ship within 2 to 3 days, however please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of unusual shipments.
For international shipping (outside of North America) please allow the possibility of additional time for delivery.
Product Return Policy:
There is NO return on Books, Audiobooks, DVDs, CDs or any audio or video products, only if the product is defective or has been damaged in shipping. Please e-mail us at Contact Us page immediately. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning.

Returns will be refused without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges without a valid RMA#. We will give you a shipping address along with the RMA#. Send the product back to us (we recommend insurance and tracking). You will be notified by e-mail of your refund once we have received, inspected, and processed the returned product. The First World Books, (dba) ABN Global Enterprises Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return. Sorry no refunds on closeout or package deals.
