Caroline Shola Arewa, also known as Shola Arewa, has an extensive background and training in humanistic psychology, yoga, complementary medicine and spirituality and am also researching her PhD in Psychology of Change. She has a love for writing and is a published author of three books and numerous articles in health and lifestyle magazines. As a speaker she offers informative and dynamic presentations on all aspects of health and success. She is the founder of Energy 4 Life an integral approach to health and conscious living. Caroline Shola Arewa has been invited to present her work on every continent and appeared on radio and TV worldwide. She is known for a gentle yet powerful style developed over twenty years, helping 1,000s of people release fear, build confidence and transform their lives.
After transforming her own my life following a difficult childhood, she went on to successfully run my own fashion business in Kensington, London. An achievement that showed her, 'you can do anything you put your mind to!' When the stress got too much she left everything behind to travel the world. She climbed Everest, swan in the Great Barrier Reef, sailed along the Nile and studied timeless wisdom with sages around the globe. This journey totally transformed her life. It introduced her to energy, meditation, yoga and taught her the real meaning of balanced living. Now she spend her time sharing skills for health, happiness and success. She is a trainer at the Coaching Academy and I recently collected the 2008 CAM Award for outstanding contribution.
